to further explain this whole ice skating thing - it wouldn't have been so bad, but i had the teacher from hell (ok, she wasn't that bad, but just wait). i'm moving along, slow and steady like the tortoise i am, and shayna's in front of me. she says "honey, move, there's someone behind you that needs to go around." i turn around and there's this 5 or 6 year old and he says "i'll go around" and he skates off leaving about 5 feet between us. shayna turns to me and says "honey! he's a quarter of your age!"
